COVID-19 Policy:

We make sure to follow all government guidelines and work on best practice measures in the restaurant and within Selina Hotel.  We want to reassure you that we've put measures in place to keep you and our team safe so that you can confidently enjoy your visit.

Tlaloc  – our commitment to keeping our customers and staff safe:

We firmly believe this needs to be a joint effort, so we ask you to please play your part in keeping everyone safe.  In return, we will be doing the same for you. We will be using the following 6 steps in all areas of the operation:

  • Carrying out Risk Assessments & Staff Training.
  • Adhering to Government guidelines for physical distancing and mixing households.
  • Putting in place stringent hygiene measures.
  • Providing hand sanitiser for staff & guests at every logical opportunity.
  • Minimising contact between staff & guests wherever possible.
  • Guests and staff required to wear face masks in public spaces and when not at their table.

We are carrying out these measures in a way that is true to who we are, so whilst the health and safety of our team and guests is our absolute top priority, we still want you to be able to relax in a space that feels comfortable.

Bookings FAQ

Accessibility:

Regrettably, the restaurant is not accessible by ramp for wheelchairs.  As toilettes are in different levels, these are not wheelchair accessible.

Dietary & Allergies:

Please make a note of any dietary and allergy requirements when booking a table. We will do our best to cater for all requirements but due to the nature of our cooking, we can't always accommodate very specific requests. Our kitchen manipulates flour and nuts so traces of these are present in our food.

Payments:

We will only be accepting card payments at Tlaloc.  We are a cashless business.

Dogs:

Well-behaved dogs are very welcome at Tlaloc.

Children:

We are delighted to welcome families at Tlaloc, but we also believe in giving adults a space to relax! So, our restaurant will be 16+ only from 3 pm Wednesday to Saturday and from 12 pm on Sundays. For the same reasons, kids menus are unavailable.

Confirmation of Booking:

Your booking will only be regarded as confirmed upon receipt of our booking system. The General Manager will confirm your booking by phone a few hours before your arrival.
Any changes to the booking details must be made by phone and confirmed by our General Manager. These changes will be of no effect unless acknowledged by Tlaloc.

No Shows:

A fee of £15 per person will be automatically deducted from your payment details.

We will hold your booking for  a maximum of 15 minutes.

Any amendments to guest numbers must be informed by the customer by phone to our General Manager least 72 hours prior to your booking.

Tlaloc reserves the right to charge the no show fee for the full number of people booked if we have not been provided with notice of a reduction in numbers.

Tlaloc commits to try its best to accommodate any increase in numbers and will charge accordingly for providing this service, but cannot be held responsible for failure to accommodate any change.

Cancellation and Changes by the Customer

Should you need to cancel your booking, please give us a call as soon as possible and no later than 72 hours prior to your booking.

Any cancellation made by you must be acknowledged on the phone by our General Manager.

In case of cancellation by you with less than 72 hours’ notice, or a ‘no show’, Tlaloc will charge the no show fee per person of the booking by by way of cancellation charges.

If you wish to change the date of your booking within the 72 hours’ notice, no fee will be charged. Where less than 72 hours’ notice is given, we will try to accommodate your party where space is available. The no show fee will be  at the discretion of Tlaloc. Rescheduling of a booking will only be permitted once.
