Mexican soul - Locally sourced

Tlaloc

The supreme god of the rain for pre-Hispanic Mexica culture. Tlaloc was also a deity of earthly fertility and of water. He was worshipped as a beneficent giver of life and sustenance. This inspires us to connect with our roots and use the freshest ingredients available to produce our menus.
